Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after payment verification. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of some items, certain orders may require longer processing times. For urgent deliveries, please contact us via message or email before placing your order.
Once tracking information is provided, the responsibility for the parcel lies with the third-party postal service. While we will provide proof of postage, we are not liable for lost parcels in transit. Claims must be directed to the postal service, though we will assist with reasonable efforts to support compensation claims.
For international orders, any customs or import duties imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. If such fees are unpaid within the stipulated timeframe, customs may forfeit and destroy the goods, which is beyond our control. Shipping fees include handling charges.
Bounced Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to delivery issues, we will contact you via email. Customers are responsible for re-delivery costs unless the error is on our part. Unclaimed returned parcels after a 30-day grace period will be forfeited.
Return Policy
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at artorias.my@gmail.com with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will guide you through the next steps.
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. Exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions may be declined at our discretion.

Handcrafted items may exhibit slight size variations and unique characteristics such as air bubbles or surface imperfections.
Printed items may differ slightly in alignment, symmetry, or color between pieces.
Payment
Payments are considered complete only once the full amount has cleared. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already accepted.
