These gold foil sheets can be made into gold flakes by breaking them up manually using a stirrer tool or toothpick.

As these sheets are quite delicate and pliable, it is common for them to arrive with some small tears or in pieces. Each piece comes individually packed, tucked inbetween two pieces of protective paper.
